About this show
Star of hit Amazon series Overcompensating, don’t miss Wally Baram’s first ever UK tour dates! Wally was named a Just For Laughs ‘New Face’ of stand-up comedy, made her late-night debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and has written for Apple TV's Shrinking. She earned a 2026 Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Breakthrough Performance for her role as Carmen on Overcompensating. Her comedy brings a unique perspective on the strange banalities of entering the adult world as well as growing up with a strong multi-cultural Mexican-Syrian identity. She is also, unfortunately, Gen-Z.

Baram’s stage presence and vulnerability in her comedy was truly refreshing. As someone familiar with her work as an actress, it was wonderful to see what she is truly like as a person – that is, completely eccentric.
