About this show
For the politically furious and spiritually curious. Boombox romantic, Lloyd Dobler (Say Anything) returns! Seriously unserious, devoutly disobedient, still refusing to buy, sell or process anything. Now a Zen-punk dissident duct-taping ancient wisdom to the collapse of the American empire, with deep gratitude and zero credentials, like a sticky note saying: "Be kind. Rewind. Revolt." Join Lloyd in a kinda-sorta guided meditation to survive late-stage effin' everything... Like a vinyl record spinning in a microwave of manifest destiny, humming: "Oh well. Never-mind." Written/performed by Dennis Trainor Jr (Manifest Destiny's Child), directed by Olivier winner Guy Masterson.

The ‘Still Point Institute’ is holding a three-day immersive meditation, and the closing speaker has cancelled due to…circumstances beyond his control!
4.5 Stars. Guy Masterson’s production is clever, funny and politically furious, and though it may seem rather ‘America-centric’ we are all sufficiently steeped in today’s global horror show for Lloyd’s anger,…
Directed by Olivier award winning Guy Masterson, this play offers a unique experience. Trainor is enigmatic, and such lovely touches as the hand chime, add an authenticity to the Tao influence.
