Seven steps down, turn 90 degrees, then two more on a stone staircase with handrails to gain access. Staff are always available to assist, however we cannot help to carry customers. Stairs: 6 - 10 Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.
