Famous for his beautiful sound, Vienna’s leading violinist Wolfgang David interprets Bach’s Sonata No 2 and Partita No 2. Award-winning American composer and pianist David Gompper joins him to perform his Répons II. Part two of a three-part series. Wolfgang David performs regularly in the world’s most renowned concert halls, including Carnegie Hall, Musikverein, Suntory Hall and Wigmore Hall. David Gompper, recipient of the Guggenheim Fellowship, reaches an international audience through numerous recordings and live performances with leading orchestras.
