About this show
Once upon a time, a washed up writer-comedian-technophobe went off-grid in a confused relocation/mid life crisis. But the grass ain’t always greener. His only hope? His greatest fear. Perrier and Fringe First winner Will Adamsdale returns with a hilarious true(ish) robo-bromance about finally embracing his old enemy technology. 'An utter delight' (Guardian on FaceTime). 'Absurd, hilarious and touching in equal measure' *(Chortle on Borders). A story of bots, block and hitting escape. Originally produced by Fuel, directed by Tom Parry.

3.5 Stars A step into and a scurry back from – the world of AI, from a master storyteller coasting in fourth gear.
Adamsdale is a self-described ‘showbiz jack of all trades’, a storyteller rather than a straight stand-up, who appears most at home when accompanying himself on the guitar in a series of musical pastiches.
