About this show
Dr Cameron Wyatt (The University of Edinburgh), declares that zebrafish are the superior organism. But don’t worry, humans have an 86% genetic overlap with zebrafish so you're not as far from perfection as appearances might lead you to believe. Historically, people tried all sorts of crazy stuff to slow ageing. Dr Rebekah White (The University of Edinburgh) examines these old ideas in the light of modern science and asks if any of them actually worked. Part of the Edinburgh Medical School’s 300th Anniversary.
