About this show
Kat is a sex worker. She's built a business on knowing what men want. Then she meets trans boxer Logan, and falls for the one man who just wants to be friends. But don't worry. Rejection is a puzzle Kat can solve. And boundaries are just a challenge. What's more romantic than refusing to take no for an answer? A darkly funny debut from Catherine Taaffe about refusing to let a no ruin a good love story. It's just like your favourite rom com. Until it's not.

The Only Man Who Won’t Fuck Me is sad, funny, sexually frank and occasionally uncomfortable. It’s a solid piece of contemporary queer theatre with strong writing and a compelling central performance.
— pure life plus. (3 out of 5 stars)
The show offers everything from clever jokes, emotional monologuing, to nail-biting tension.
— Entertainment Now (5 out of 5 stars)
Catherine Taaffe’s monologue character Kat directly addresses the audience with a cool acceptance of her life’s sexual misadventures.
— The List (3 out of 5 stars)
