This is a belter of a show with fantastic writing and a brilliant cast with a flawless back and forth. It’s so good, and a study in raw female midlife rage. I was looking for a Scottish production and this was perfect.
Kathleen Ruddy’s The Cut of Her Jib is a brisk and entertaining dark comedy that combines a missing-husband mystery with sharp observations about marriage, relationships and female independence.
