About this show

The internationally renowned St Mary's Cathedral Choir perform a beautiful concert of Vaughan Williams' Mass in G minor and Parry's famous, and elegiac, Songs of Farewell. Written during WWI, and first performed at Parry's own memorial service, these astonishing choral works continue to touch and move audiences over 100 years later. Conducted by Director of Music Duncan Ferguson, in the stunning acoustic of St Mary's Episcopal Cathedral. 'One of Scotland’s (indeed the UK’s) musical jewels' (Gramophone Magazine).
