About this show

Fringe First Award-winning and critically acclaimed storyteller Niall Moorjani presents a heartfelt piece which explores their grandfather's experiences of the Partitioning of India in 1947. It follows the eleven-year-old Mohan as he flees from his home in Sindh, across a border which didn't yet exist and into uncertain times in Delhi and later the United Kingdom. Lyrical storytelling and live music from Sodhi combine to create a provocative and stunning account of a much omitted story from British-Indian history.
