I am a snail, I am from Eastern Europe and this is my song... proclaims Snail at the opening of a bold new alt-comedy fever dream by Washington DC-based clown, Nora Dell. Officially, a heart-warming business workshop. Unofficially, this show takes the question: would you still love me if I were a snail? to its furthest illogical extreme. Included in the price of your ticket: a serious song and dance, a hostage negotiation, answers to your questions, and... puppets (just kidding, unless...).

Iam a snail!’ shouts young American Gaulier-trained clown Nora Dell from the back of a tiny cellar based theatre in the Cowgate.
The audience is joyful, Dell is completely committed and breaks laughing throughout. This “business workshop” ends with us cheering as we watch a snail slither out. There’s a truly fun show here, and the set pieces,…
