The UK's first J-Fusion band performs a carefully curated set of live tracks from some of Japan's most iconic bands and artists. From Casiopea to T-Square, Masayoshi Takanaka and others, Hot Sounds Island showcases the best of a musical world filled with colour and energy. Soaring instrumental virtuosity is matched by infectious melodies and playful arrangements which even non-jazz fans will enjoy. Even if you don't know the material, why not come and learn all about this most joyous of genres from the east.
