Good Evening!

Good Evening! by Fred MacAulay is a show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2026, performing at Gilded Balloon at the Museum. It has 3 performances listed, running from Mon 17 Aug, 19:30 to Wed 19 Aug, 19:30. The run has finished — every listed performance has taken place.

About this show

In 2025, Fred was forced to cancel his Fringe run after suffering a freak accident and an unrelated prostate cancer diagnosis. Is there humour in either of these? Now in the fourth decade of his comedy career, Fred MacAulay still loves being on stage doing what he does best... quite simply it's stand-up. 'One of the best stand-up comedians Britain has ever produced' (Richard Osman). 'Fred MacAulay is an elite comedian' (Kevin Bridges).
