The central premise of 00:45:00 - a scientist testing how far an audience will let an ethical thought experiment go in real time - is intriguing, clever and gripping.
45 minutes to decide who lives and who dies, and the audience is very much complicit in these life-and-death decisions. It's a clever idea, but it needs better execution.
